The Burnx5 item
The Burnx5 is an active item in The Miles Mod, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Deals a full heart of damage to spawn up to 3 familiars that surround Isaac. The familiars shoot Fire Mind tears along with copying some of Isaac's tear effects.
Each familiar has the following stats:
×3 tears multiplier. (
Miles and 
Tainted Miles only)
+2 damage. ( Tainted Miles only)
Familiars are removed when Isaac takes non-sacrificial damage.
